Clinical Fellowship Program

A two-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing comprehensive training in all aspects of male reproductive medicine.

Program Overview

The MRMP Fellowship

The Harrington MRMP Clinical Fellowship is a two-year post-residency training program that prepares clinicians for leadership roles in male reproductive medicine. The program accepts two fellows per year and offers training in reproductive endocrinology, HUOI surgical technique, gestational management, delivery procedures, and postpartum care.

Fellows also complete a dedicated research project in an MRMP laboratory, with a minimum expectation of one first-author publication during the fellowship period. Graduates of the program hold positions at leading academic medical centers and reproductive medicine practices in 14 countries.

Eligibility Requirements

  • MD, DO, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an approved residency in OB/GYN, surgery, internal medicine, or related field
  • Valid US medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal
  • Three letters of recommendation from faculty supervisors

💰 Stipend & Benefits

Year 1 Stipend: $82,000
Year 2 Stipend: $88,000

Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance. $3,000 annual education allowance for conferences and CME. Relocation assistance available.
