Patient Applicants

Is the MRMP Right for You?

The MRMP accepts a limited number of patients each year for gestational enrollment. Our multidisciplinary admissions committee reviews each application individually, with decisions based on medical eligibility, psychosocial readiness, and program capacity.

01

Medical Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be biologically male, aged 21–48, in general good health, with no active pelvic or abdominal pathology that would contraindicate laparoscopic surgery. A full pre-screening consultation will identify any relative contraindications.

02

Complete the Pre-Screening Questionnaire

Submit our online pre-screening form (approximately 20 minutes). Our clinical coordinators will review your responses and contact you within 5–7 business days to schedule an initial consultation.

03

Initial Consultation (No Cost)

Meet with one of our reproductive endocrinologists for a 60-minute consultation. You will receive a preliminary eligibility assessment and a full program overview at no charge.

04

Full Workup & Multidisciplinary Review

If you are a potential candidate, we will schedule a comprehensive evaluation including imaging, bloodwork, genetic screening, and a psychological assessment. All results are reviewed by our full MDT.

05

Formal Acceptance & Care Planning

Accepted patients meet with their assigned Patient Navigator to review their personalized care plan, insemination pathway selection, and complete program enrollment paperwork.
